Miller Maintenance proudly provides maintenance services on Maintenance Contracts for Ontario Ministry of Transportation across the Ministry’s Regions. Requirements

  • Comfortable working a flexible schedule, hours are variable based on winter events
  • Previous experience in the administration or clerical field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Construction/highway maintenance experience an asset

Day in the Life

As an administrative support member at Miller Maintenance, your day will be fast-paced and diverse. You’ll review updates from the supervisor regarding winter events, focusing on the timely completion of winter documentation and Winter Operations Records.

You will assist with driver timesheet submissions and monitor the GPS of Winter Plow Units. General clerical duties will include organizing documentation and supporting the Foreperson with various administrative tasks. Your effective organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial as you navigate a flexible schedule that adapts to changing winter conditions, all while working collaboratively within a dedicated team.
