Job description

Absolute Security’s Marketing team is seeking aWebflow Content Engineerto manage the technical operations and production of our website. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between design and development, managing the build ofhigh-converting static pages,dynamic paid ad landing pages, and scalable CMS structures. You will own the content calendar, manage the backlog, and ensure our site remains fast, organized, and pixel-perfect as we scale our marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Page Construction (Static & Dynamic)
  • Static Page Development: Construct pixel-perfect static pages using our design system. Ensure these pages are visually precise and fully responsive across all breakpoints.
  • Dynamic Paid Ad Pages: Build and manage scalable dynamic templates specifically for paid media campaigns. Ensure these pages can be rapidly duplicated or programmatically generated to match specific ad groups and keywords.
• CMS Architecture & Strategy
  • CMS Management: Maintain and expand Webflow CMS Collections. Ensure reference fields, filters, and conditional visibility settings are configured correctly to support complex content needs.
  • Clean Implementation: Build all pages using standard class naming conventions (e.g., Client-First or BEM) to ensure the site remains maintainable by others in the future.
• Content Operations & QA
  • Backlog & Calendar: Manage the flow of content from draft to live. Coordinate with writers and stakeholders to ensure the content calendar is up to date and all necessary metadata (SEO titles, OG images) is present before scheduling.
  • Visual QA & Fit: Review incoming content to ensure it fits the design intent. Make judgment calls on line breaks, image cropping, and layout adjustments to ensure content never breaks the design.
• Site Performance
  • Optimization: Regularly audit the site for unused styles, large media files, and broken links to keep our site speed scores high—critical for our paid ad quality scores.

What You Need

• A/B Testing & Personalization: Experience setting up split tests (A/B) using tools like Adobe Target, VWO, or Google Optimize. Understand how to swap hero images or headlines dynamically to test conversion rates.
• Analytics & Tag Management: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM)and GA4to ensure button clicks and form submissions on your landing pages are being tracked correctly.
• Marketing Automation: Experience integrating Webflow forms with platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Custom Code: Ability to write basic JavaScriptor CSSto achieve functionality that isn't natively possible in Webflow (e.g., complex slides or calculators).
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figmato make quick adjustments to assets without needing a designer.
