Picsume is redefining hiring, and we’re looking for a Web Implementation Specialist to help bring our designs to life. This role is focused on speed, precision, and creativity — taking layouts, wireframes, and design direction and turning them into polished, live websites across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with our product team and occasionally with clients, balancing fast execution with the ability to fine-tune based on feedback and performance analytics.

What You’ll Do
  1. Implement web designs across a variety of platforms including Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and others.
  2. Translate wireframes, layouts, and design direction into polished, functional websites.
  3. Use both drag-and-drop builders and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to achieve pixel-perfect results.
  4. Apply creative freedom when filling in gaps — refining copy, layout adjustments, and leveraging AI tools to complete projects.
  5. Collaborate with our product team on Picsume’s internal brand landing pages and external client projects.
  6. Move quickly from rough draft to live site, then optimize through iteration, feedback, and analytics.
What We’re Looking For
  1. Strong implementation focus with a sharp eye for design and detail.
  2. Experience in at least one major web builder (Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Shopify), with a strong desire to learn and master new platforms.
  3. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom tweaks and enhancements.
  4. Ability to work independently and take ownership of bringing layouts to life.
  5. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where quick turnaround is key.
  6. Based in Canada preferably Ontario
Nice to Have
  1. Experience collaborating directly with clients.
  2. Familiarity with SEO basics and analytics tools.
  3. Interest in design systems and scaling repeatable processes.
Why Join Picsume?
  1. Flexible part-time role (15–25 hrs/week).
  2. Competitive pay: $24–$30 CAD/hr depending on experience.
  3. Opportunity to work on both brand-driven projects and diverse client builds.
  4. Be part of a fast-growing Canadian startup reimagining the way hiring works.
