Under the supervision, you will clean, repair valves, actuators, and accessories. You will identify needed parts and collaborate with other departments to obtain them.

You will repair, assemble, test, and tag valves, actuators, and accessories using various tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment. Maintaining the shop, tools, and equipment in an orderly and functional condition is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements :

1-3+ years of experience in a mechanical workshop environment or in repair and maintenance activities.

Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read blueprints and schematics are essential.

Education : High School Diploma

Under the supervisor's guidance, you will clean and repair valves, actuators, and accessories. You will identify necessary parts and work with other departments to acquire them. Repair, assemble, test, and tag valves, actuators, and accessories with various tools, measuring instruments, and shop materials. Keep the workshop, tools, and equipment in good condition and operational.

Expectations

To excel, you need strong mechanical skills. You should be eager to support clients, collaborate closely with them, and have a passion for cutting-edge product development.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Analyze equipment condition to identify parts and processes needed to restore it to original specifications;
  • Use machining diagrams to evaluate component condition;
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain quality and performance;
  • Perform on-site maintenance and repair of valves and actuators, often with last-minute travel and customer interaction;
  • Handle complex, technical tasks that may require technician intervention;
  • Avoid errors that could cause product failure, damage customer relations, or injury;
  • Communicate with service personnel, sales teams, distributors, representatives, and sometimes external suppliers;
  • Access technical data regularly;
  • Work both in the workshop and on-site, often in hazardous conditions;
  • Use data management systems and online tools for procedures and specifications;
  • Perform other tasks or projects as needed.
