Job summary

The Revelstoke Ski Club is seeking passionate coaches for its U8-U12 programs for the 2025/2026 ski season. Coaches will enjoy skiing at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, while sharing their love for the sport with young athletes. Ideal candidates should have ACA training, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safety and fun in coaching.

Qualifications

  • Previous race or coaching experience is an asset.

The Revelstoke Ski Club is looking for passionate coaches to join our team. Currently in need of coaches at all U8-U12 programs for the 2025/2026 season.

Available Positions: U8,U10,U12 Alpine Ski Coach

Location: Revelstoke, BC

Position Type: Seasonal, Part-Time (December-April)

We are looking to hire coaches for our Sunday-only programs (January through March) and Saturday/Sunday programs (early December to early April; including holiday camps) at the U8-U12 levels.

We want to hear from candidates who:

  • Are great skiers who love carving groomers, shredding deep pow, and skiing everything in between!
  • Love sharing their passion with kids
  • Are ACA Entry Level Trained or higher
  • Can be excellent role models and embody our team values: Respect, Effort, Positivity, Send it!

Assets:

  • Previous race experience
  • Previous coaching experience
  • First Aid experience
  • Team player

The Revelstoke Ski Club offers our coaches:

Coaches are expected to:

  • Work all scheduled days of training
  • Operate professionally while being energetic and fun
  • Show up to work at 8 am and finish at 2:30 pm
  • Coach a variety of athletes within one or more age groups
  • Be approachable at pick up and drop off
  • Write End of Year reports for all athletes under their supervision
  • Ensure a fun and safe training environment for athletes
  • Demonstrate drills and general skiing to your athletes
  • SKI all-day
  • Assist in set up and tear down during training and races
