Overview

Description: Position at Casino Rama Resort. Job title: Tim Hortons Associate. Department: Food & Beverage. Employment Type: Part Time. Wages: Start Rate $17.33; 520 Hour Rate $19.49; 1-Year Rate $21.66. Shifts include Overnight with THU/FRI OFF; Swing with WED/THU OFF. Number of vacancies: 2. Posting Date: September 18, 2025.

Position

To be a positive team member that is committed to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. This position is focused on supporting and contributing to the success of Tim Hortons.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as a team to provide exceptional guest service and deliver important visual cues for guests that make a positive first impression
• Deliver consistent and outstanding guest service through a friendly attitude, attentive behavior, and strong product knowledge
• Ensure every guest receives a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter
• Prepare all products as required, minimize food waste, and record prepared items and waste on production sheets
• Follow the Always Fresh procedure to ensure coffee, sandwich and bakery products are baked fresh and accurate
• Ensure all products are prepared and served to Tim Hortons recipe specifications
• Enhance the guest experience by following the SET principles: Smile, Eye contact, Thank you
• Use proper procedures to ensure order accuracy for every guest; repeat guest order and mark hot beverages as needed
• Maintain speed of service targets by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet guest needs
• Promptly resolve guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest
• Operate a Point of Sale System (POS) and handle cash
• Maintain and demonstrate expert knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, specials, events and promotions
• Take temperatures of required products and record in the Time and Temperature log
• Follow all operational standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment operation
• Monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit order quantities
• Ensure showcases and product needs are up to par
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
• Perform duties safely and responsibly
• Adhere to all Tim Hortons quality standards and Casino Rama policies
• Keep work surfaces, chillers and small equipment clean, organized and sanitised
• Ensure uniform and grooming standards are followed on each shift
• Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned
