A leading global company is seeking a Tender Manager in Mississauga, Canada, to oversee the entire tender management process. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to structure bid packages, perform risk assessments, and ensure timely submissions. Candidates should possess a degree in engineering and 5+ years of tender management experience in the electrical sector. Strong project and communication skills are essential. As the Tender Manager you will be supporting all activities around the tender management process and putting together bid packages in a timely and professional manner in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (i.e. participating business units of the company, vendors, integrators, etc.). You will be driving the internal risk assessment and bid approval processes in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
The compensation range for this full‑time position, which includes base pay and short‑term incentive, is $114,750‑$162,000 for candidates who are Ontario residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
