A global leader in agricultural products is seeking an Operator in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves the safe and efficient production operations during 12-hour continental shifts, unloading raw materials, operating refinery equipment, and adhering to food safety standards. Candidates must have completed Grade 12 and possess strong communication skills. Competitive hourly rates start at $27.16 during probation, increasing to $31.38 post-probation, along with comprehensive benefits.
The schedule for this role is 12 hour continental shift (2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights)
The hourly rate when on probation is $27.16 and after probation the rate is $31.38/hr.

The Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient production operations of the department on their shift. This position reports to the Production Manager.
Commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system; and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
