The Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) is responsible for supporting field execution by identifying installation capacity, providing installer training, reinforcing best practices, and gathering real-time market and crew-level data within assigned territories. This role focuses on developing strong working relationships with franchisees and their team members, including operations managers, sales managers, installer crews, and subcontractors, to improve installation quality and increase overall efficiency.
The Technical Sales Specialist reports to the VP of Operations and focuses on technical execution and siding installation improvements, contributing to continuous improvement across the network.
