Overview

Technical Product Manager (contract) role at Capgemini. This position requires domain-specific technical expertise, avionics knowledge, English fluency, and proven technical team management skills. You will act as the product expert, manage customer inquiries, analyze feedback, and lead bug fix and enhancement prioritization.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary product expert, providing accurate technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Analyze tickets raised by customers, identify root causes, and create accurate bug and enhancement tickets in Agility.
  • Prioritize bug fixes and enhancements, track development progress, and validate changes prior to release.
  • Interpret customer feedback and product issues to provide leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Deliver accurate solutions to customers through workarounds or software fixes.
  • Ensure all product updates meet quality standards before delivery.
  • Manage technical support processes for all domain-specific products used by customers.
  • Provide reporting and oversight for technical team activities.
Technical Profile
  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems and related technologies.
  • Proficiency with product lifecycle management and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Agility).
  • Experience in technical support processes and product validation / testing.
  • Ability to translate customer issues into actionable development tasks.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.37 / hour - $58.39 / hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
