Overview

Technical Implementation Specialist reporting to the Manager, Technical Implementations, you will play a critical role in configuring and implementing our AI-driven platform to enable our customer’s success. You will partner closely with the professional services team throughout the entirety of the customer lifecycle and be responsible for managing all data-related activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fluency - especially in data analysis, querying, and ETL.

What You Will Do
  • Work directly with our customers to discover data assets and work to integrate them into our platform
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define technical requirements for implementations
  • Configure our platform to meet the needs of the customer
  • Build automated ETL workflows to enable repeatable and high quality data ingestion
  • Utilize modern data tools like PySpark and Snowflake to explore and troubleshoot issues with ETL, data ingestion or system configuration
  • Utilize our platform to ensure smooth weekly data deliveries
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance system processes and drive scalability
  • Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with customers’ existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts during implementation phases to resolve technical challenges
  • Uphold security protocols to protect data integrity and comply with industry standards
What You Bring
  • [Required] Experience with data migration and ETL tools

  • Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Veeva Vault, Salesforce) and standards
