Overview

Adecco is actively seeking a motivated Team Shift Supervisor to join our client's London, ON location. This full-time role is operational in nature and focuses on supervising team members during shifts to ensure high standards in people, product, cleanliness, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Location : London, ON

Shift : Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job type : Permanent | Full-time

Pay Rate : $20-$23 / hour.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, teaching team members and guests with respect while maintaining a motivating work environment.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, orientation, and monitoring of team members.
  • Address issues promptly and ensure optimal team coverage during shifts.
  • Deliver a guest-first approach, responding to complaints quickly and positively.
  • Support incentive programs and maintain health, safety, and food handling standards.
  • Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ensure compliance with operating standards and legislation.
  • Manage shift cash procedures and operational documentation.
  • Maintain product merchandising, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist management in driving sales and achieving operational goals.
  • Follow safe work practices, use protective equipment, and report injuries or unsafe conditions.
Qualifications
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (work experience may be considered).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Previous food service or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle cash and follow proper procedures.
