An established industry player is seeking a Team Lead to enhance store operations and customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with management to receive, price, and stock merchandise, ensuring that customer needs are met while driving sales. The Team Lead will also support team members in their tasks and handle customer inquiries in the absence of the Store Manager. Position Overview
The Team Lead Canada works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers and drive sales and profits. Assist Team Members with completing the work within the store. Acts as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, as well as opening and closing the store and ensuring all bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.
