We’re excited to welcome a bilingual (French and English) HR Systems Specialist to our team. This is a 12‑month contract opportunity where you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering our People Solutions strategy while supporting the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM.

As an HR Systems Specialist, you will collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence, on‑site HR partners, and business stakeholders to advance our HR Technology Roadmap. A significant part of your work will focus on data quality, consistency, and system integrity, ensuring that our HR systems accurately reflect our workforce.

You will maintain and update employee records, manage data flows between platforms, and contribute to process improvements, automation, reporting, and user experience enhancements.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate, organized, and secure HR data and employee records across systems
  • Supporting the implementation and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, training materials, and end‑user support resources
  • Troubleshooting system issues and resolving incidents in collaboration with HR and IT partners
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting data governance, reporting, and system integrations
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues across HR and the broader organization
Qualifications
Key Skills & Knowledge
  • Post‑secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Programming, or a related field
  • Experience working with HR systems (Oracle Fusion HCM experience is an asset)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Cognos) is an asset
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills with a focus on collaboration
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and verbal)

Salary Range: $89,000 - $133,500 + bonus
