You will contribute to the sustainment and implementation of maintenance and reliability programs, including the review and optimization of Preventive Maintenance strategies and Bill of Materials.

What you’ll do
- Apply knowledge of equipment functions, failure modes, and risk mitigation strategies to enhance facility reliability and performance.
- Support reliability engineering practices by contributing to foundational elements such as equipment creation, criticality assessments, maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance (PMs), and bill of materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site personnel to drive engagement and successful execution of assigned reliability projects.
- Ensure project outcomes are integrated into the site's reliability framework to support long-term asset performance.
- Contribute to asset failure elimination efforts aimed at reducing operational costs, increasing equipment uptime, and improving workplace safety.
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications :
- Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
- Available to begin work in January 2026
- Collaborative team member focused on improving asset performance
- Clear communicator who can translate data into meaningful insights
- Strong analytical thinker to support decision-making
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a desire to contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced environment
- We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.
Education
- Must be enrolled in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work termOR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
- Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
- New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
