This role requires a strong background in FMCG and 8-10 years of experience in supply and demand planning. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in supply & demand planning, logistics network optimization, and manufacturing roles.
• Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle.
• Able to build effective teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-to-end supply chain plans for confectionery items.
• Lead monthly capacity planning and supply reviews.
• Develop business scenarios for decision-making on capacity investments.

Skills

Strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Able to influence cross-functional teams

Open to learn new data and systems

Education

University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, etc.
