Job description

Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.

Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire others.

A hands-on, can-do attitude—you lead by example.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
