As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead a territory with a list of accounts, assess your clients’ needs and develop a solution, all while building long-term relationships to achieve your quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Seek out new customers and partner with existing ones by offering a variety of solutions to improve their business and take exceptional care of your clients.
  • Conduct outbound calling every day to existing and new accounts based on KM Sales Management Process and KPIs to set face-to-face appointments consisting of First In, Assessments, Proposals and PARS
  • Ensure outstanding customer service through regular follow-ups, reporting regularly to a branch office.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with decision makers for current and potential clients.
  • Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all Konica Minolta products, services and solutions for clients.
  • Design and present solutions that will help customers and businesses using face-to-face or virtual proposals, presentations and demonstrations
  • Consistently close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals of $660K
  • Prepare and present weekly business overviews for the sales manager and subject matter experts
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews to the branch manager, sales manager and subject matter experts
Qualifications
  • 4 - 6 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Good grounding in PC and network concepts and the ability to apply these skills to understanding and delivering printing solutions to clients
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence
  • The desire to ensure the utmost in client satisfaction
  • A valid driver\'s license and own a vehicle
  • A university or college degree in Business is an asset.
