Sr Business Systems Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Sr Business Systems Specialist to ensure daily tasks are organized, maintain essential quality standards, understand current business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the Sr Manager LBG Systems & Product, you will be empowered to:
Work Experience: 3+ years in a medium-to-large business environment; flexibility to work occasional weekends on a rotation; gaming experience and/or knowledge of Gaming Management Systems (GMS) is an asset.
Knowledge and Education: Post-secondary diploma/degree in information systems or business administration or equivalent experience. Understanding of business assessment and requirements analysis; knowledge of technology practices and business approaches; proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Critical Skills: Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, teamwork, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Negotiation and Influence: ability to negotiate and influence effectively while maintaining strong relationships.

Licenses, Registrations, Certificates: AGCO Category 1 Gaming Assistant Registration (initiated at offer stage; employment conditional on obtaining and maintaining).
