Qualifications

• Minimum + years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with exposure to wholesale / Retail banking and capital markets.
• Solid understanding of liquidity metrics, regulatory reporting frameworks, and financial product behavior.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale financial datasets.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of working across business and technical teams.
• Experience in Agile environments and system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze and document business and system requirements across wholesale and capital markets functions.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to support liquidity analytics, funding forecasts, and capital allocations.
• Produce detailed documentation and analysis artifacts using Confluence and manage delivery lifecycles via JIRA.
• Deliver clear, impactful presentations and business cases using PowerPoint to engage executive and risk stakeholders.
• Translate financial product knowledge into system requirements.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design robust solutions supporting capital markets and treasury operations.
