Job summary

Une clinique de soins privés à Lévis recherche un(e) professionnel(le) de la santé pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de réaliser des évaluations de santé, prescrire des traitements, et collaborer avec d'autres professionnels de la santé. Le poste est en auto-entreprise avec un horaire stable du lundi au vendredi. Besoin d'un permis valide de l'OIIQ et d'une maîtrise en soins primaires.

Required Profile

• Valid license from the OIIQ
• Master's degree in primary care (IPSPL)
• Personal license Prescriber
• Up-to-date CPR training
• Clinical leadership, autonomy, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
• Make diagnoses, prescribe medical tests and treatments
• Ensure clinical follow-up and results management
• Work in interprofessional collaboration with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff
• Actively participate in Health promotion among clients
• Referrals as needed to collaborating physicians or mental health nurse practitioners (NPs) specializing in mental health
