Overview

Solution Architect - Infrastructure

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to support enterprise-level infrastructure planning and design. This role focuses on developing comprehensive technical solutions across servers, storage, networking, and data center environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in architecture frameworks, infrastructure technologies, and technical documentation, with the ability to collaborate across teams and deliver strategic guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and document infrastructure solutions including system integration, data flow, security, and compliance
• Develop detailed technical specifications for hardware, software, and network configurations
• Provide expert consultation and guidance on infrastructure planning and implementation
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
• Support projects involving Cisco, Azure, Intel, IBM, and storage technologies from a solution architecture perspective
• Deliver high-quality documentation including Solution Design and Technical Specification Documents (TSD)
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards

Qualifications

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification (mandatory)
• 2-4 years of formal education (technical school or university)
• Proven experience in infrastructure solution architecture
• Strong background in Cisco, Azure, Intel, IBM, and storage technologies
• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and architectural designs
• Excellent communication and consultation skills
• Experience in data center planning and enterprise infrastructure projects
