Job description

Job Title: Social Care Worker

TTM Healthcare is currently recruiting a Social Care Worker on behalf of a homecare service provider based in Middleton, Cork.

The position involves caring for a teenage individual with complex needs and challenging behaviour. The Social Care Worker will be supported by a Children’s Disability Network Team, HCAs, and a behavioural psychologist.

Pay Scale: HSE Pay Scales apply.

Hours:

Full and part-time applications considered.

Shift pattern – runs across 7 days per week:

• 16 hours per day – 8am to 12am (long day)
• 8am to 4pm or 4pm to 12am (short day)

Requirements:

• QQI Level 7 in Social Care or equivalent
• Experience working with challenging behaviour
• Full clean manual drivers license
• Excellent communication skills
• Access to own car and a full clean drivers license
