Schedule: Seasonal, Full Time 12 pm.- 8 pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Snow Dispatcher to join our winter operations team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for client requests and will coordinate the timely and efficient dispatch of our snow removal crews. You will also support winter operations by entering accurate reports, employee hours, and maintaining data related to snow events. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly during the winter season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to snow removal services.
  • Receive, track, and respond to client requests promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate with supervisors and snow crews to ensure timely and efficient dispatch.
  • Document winter event activities, including entering reports, tracking employee hours, and maintaining records in company systems.
  • Perform data entry for event logs, crew hours, and operational details.
  • Monitor ongoing operations and ensure all client needs are being met during snow events.
  • Provide updates to management on operational status, challenges, and completed tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple requests at once.
  • Basic computer skills, including accurate data entry and comfort with reporting systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or operations coordination is an asset.
