We are currently looking for a Site Superintendent to join our construction team. What does it look like to be a Site Superintendent at Broccolini:

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work meets contract documents, schedules, and quality standards
• Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, including orientations, inspections, and safety talks
• Manage and document site activities, including daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress
• Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a safe and productive work environment.

What you bring:

• High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred
• 6+ years of progressive on‑site construction supervision experience
• Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites

Working Conditions:

• Based full‑time on construction sites (site office + field presence)
