What you’ll be doing:
  • Pull merchandise for shows, pre-production photography, web, digital recordings, special events, and video server.
  • Print and check scripts for upcoming shows
  • Inspect, prep, and ensure merchandise meets quality and standards for on-air display.
  • Assemble new products
  • Consolidate Inventory to accommodate space restrictions
  • Pull merchandise for return to vendor claims, RTS, liquidations, and employee sales
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborating with working partners
What you’ll Bring:
  • Ability to use Word, Excel, and email to pull show scripts and report shift notes.
  • Ensure on-air merchandise is pulled and prepped within assigned efficiency and quality targets.
  • After airing, ensure all products are in air-worthy condition, returned to the correct location, and include control forms for complex items.
  • Ensure return-to-vendor claims are pulled and processed within assigned efficiency and quality targets.
  • Prepare and assemble products to ensure they are ready for on-air use.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ensure the showroom is secured at the end of the shift.
  • Compliance with all Health & Safety rules and regulations.
  • Work in alignment with partners (Merchants, TV Sales & Production, and National Distribution Centre).
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
