Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm

Compensation: $21.23-$26.92/hour

About the Company:

Our client is the leading manufacturer of material handling systems including airport baggage handling and automotive assembly components, conveyors, electronic controls and related automation.

They are expanding at a rapid rate and are seeking to add a Shipper/Receiver to their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation for shipment of materials, parts, finished goods and related items.
• Prepare products for shipping by following instructions on pick sheets
• Load & unload trucks and trailers
• Operate stand up & sit down forklift, overhead cranes, jib cranes, hand carts etc.
• Verify that materials shipped are as ordered in both type and quantity
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must possess a High School Diploma
• Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Must possess prior experience operating overhead cranes
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Must possess a basic knowledge of Salesforce, knowledge of AutoCAD Mechanical is considered to be an asset
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
