To support our global team, we are seeking a qualified and compelling professional to join our expert group as a Services Manager for Developing Leadership service line – based in one of our Knowledge Centres in Budapest or Montreal.

This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of global strategy and local execution, supporting the evolution and delivery of our leadership development offerings—including Team Journeys and Individual Development.

This individual will play a pivotal role in orchestrating collaboration across global stakeholders, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and impact in how we develop leaders around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the central coordination point for the Developing Leadership service line, ensuring seamless collaboration across global stakeholders.
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of leadership development offerings (Team Journeys and Individual Development).
  • Drive project management excellence across initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications are well-managed.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across regions and teams.
  • Partner with global leaders to align strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Serve as a thought partner, bringing insights and structure to complex challenges in leadership development.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our service offerings by integrating external benchmarks and internal learnings.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and at least 5 years of post-graduate experience.
  • Background in global consulting or similar
  • Experience with leadership / people development services (e.g., coaching, team interventions).
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly fluent and proficient in English, with the ability to articulate nuanced ideas and engage in high-level discussions. Portuguese fluency desired; international experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
