What you’ll be doing
  • Build, deploy, and update courses and supporting elements in formats such as video, eLearning, hands-on labs, assessments, and instructor-led sessions.
  • Work cross-functionally with SMEs and stakeholders to validate objectives and technical accuracy, and incorporate feedback.
  • Develop working knowledge of Okta products and underlying technologies.
  • Use authoring tools to rapidly create technically sound and engaging learning experiences in the appropriate medium.
  • Develop instructionally sound knowledge, skill, and job performance-based assessments.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve existing learning programs based on the latest research in adult education.
  • Create modular enablement assets with SMEs that can be tailored to onboarding and ongoing learning needs.
  • Adjust content to meet the needs of technical audiences with varying levels of depth and product maturity.
  • Use data to identify gaps and updates across roles and develop resources to close them.
What you’ll bring to the role
  • 5+ years creating technical enablement with a track record of delivering high-quality content on time to meet business results.
  • Strong SaaS and Identity Management experience.
  • 5+ years supporting customer-facing technical roles (e.g., professional services, technical account managers, technical support, or similar).
  • Significant experience building self-paced training using video or interactive eLearning.
  • Exceptional organization, writing, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience.
