The Wireless Core team within Platforms, Technology, and Services (PT&S) spans critical services including voice, messaging, and mobility services for consumers and businesses. From technology development to deployment and service assurance, our work is fundamental to TELUS\' success in connecting Canadians.
We are seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to lead critical process documentation and improvement initiatives that directly enhance operational efficiency, collaboration, and service delivery. This high-visibility role combines strategic planning, process optimization, and stakeholder leadership to define the future direction of our operational excellence initiatives. As a key leader, you\'ll partner with executives and cross-functional teams across the Wireless Core organization to shape strategic direction, streamline processes, and optimize operations.

Salary Range: $102,000-$154,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
