The Opportunity

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering construction and engineering solutions that make a tangible difference. As Project Manager for our Applied Solutions team, you’ll oversee multidisciplinary projects that advance sustainability, resilience, and community well‑being.

Your Impact
  • Lead, plan, and deliver complex multidisciplinary environmental and construction projects from initial concept through execution and completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and resources to meet client expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate and oversee complex projects across Canada, including coordination of field programs and on‑site activities.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, design teams, and construction personnel to develop innovative, practical, and constructible solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and rotational field work across Canada to support project delivery, resolve challenges, and validate technical assumptions.
  • Guide construction and technical teams in addressing design, technical, and constructability issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively with estimating, scheduling, and procurement teams to prepare detailed project plans and clearly defined scopes of work.
  • Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and support seamless, constructible project execution.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards, supported by operational and corporate H&S teams.
  • Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, strategic insights, and participation in client‑focused activities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
  • Proven experience managing environmental or construction projects, ideally within consulting or engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and permitting processes in Canada.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across diverse technical areas.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is an asset; relevant engineering or science degree required.
  • A passion for sustainability and delivering solutions that create lasting impact for communities.
  • Bilingual speakers are an asset to our Team.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000

MB & ON: $95,000 – $132,600

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
