Senior Product Manager, AI Integrations
About the Role

This role will be pivotal in driving the development and enhancement of our AI-driven features, ensuring they align with our users' needs and our company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, a deep understanding of user-centric product design, and experience in launching AI products. This is an unprecedented opportunity to be directly responsible for the next critical milestone in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own all existing and new integrations between ClickUp and third-party platforms (Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, Teams, etc.)
  • Lead AI tooling for all 3P integrations
  • Manage ClickUp MCP server and integrations from 3P to ClickUp (e.g., ChatGPT connector)
  • Oversee 3P Agents on ClickUp (e.g., Codegen Agent)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative AI solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to translate AI capabilities into user-friendly features
  • Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the AI Product team
  • Build close stakeholder relationships with Growth, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and other teams to drive monetization
  • Work with Analytics to identify high-leverage opportunities and build a portfolio of quick wins vs. big bets
  • Own and shape our long-term product strategy
  • Work directly with leaders and executives to share learnings and pitch ideas for product activation and engagement
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS
  • AI-forward Product Manager mindset
  • Experience leading teams of engineers and designers; owning a roadmap, managing sprints, and driving teams toward measurable goals
  • Proven track record of owning and driving critical business metrics
  • Experience running and analyzing experiments
  • Relentless attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot metrics and issues
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Growth mindset: sees challenges as opportunities
