Location: REMOTE / Orlando, Ontario

This job allows you to work remotely.

This contract (Corp to Corp Engagement) position is to help augment the development staff to achieve the delivery of new solutions and enhancements. Responsibilities include understanding system requirements, coding, providing code fixes, and supporting across multiple releases.

Work Description and Responsibilities

• Designing/developing the application services for a PIMS Auth solution
• Creating unit test plans/cases, developing, unit testing, and conducting code & unit test walkthroughs
• Develop, test, and support initiatives and systems as assigned.
• Front End – Presentation Layer (40%)
• Middle Tier – Logic Layer (30%)
• Back End – Data Layer (30%)

Must Have Skills

• 6+ years’ experience in analysis, design, and coding
• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft .Net using ASP.Net and VB.Net/C#
• 5+ years’ experience with Implementing Design Patterns using Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) technique
• 5+ years of development experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher database
• 3+ years’ experience implementing single-page applications built with Angular 6+ and Typescript
• 4+ years’ experience with the following:

  3. Database Design / Development using SQL Server

  6. XML/HTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Must have experience designing and building applications using object-oriented analysis & design techniques (OOAD)
• Experience with application support, including problem determination and remediation
• Must be flexible and able to handle all situations in a professional manner
• High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity
• Must have an excellent attendance and punctuality record
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
