Qualifications

• 4-5 years of MEP estimating experience, preferably in real estate.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations like RICS, CIQS, AACEI.
• Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes.
• Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions.
• Support Associate Directors in business development and proposal creation.
