Are you a strategic, data-driven marketer ready to make a measurable impact? Quadient is seeking an Integrated Performance Marketing Manager to lead high-impact, full-funnel campaigns across our Digital Solutions business in North America. This role is central to our go-to-market success—driving cross-sell, upsell, and new logo acquisition through insight-led, performance-focused marketing.

This is currently an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who thrives in ownership and accountability. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong presence and the potential to step into a leadership role over time, while also being able to support the current team lead when needed.

  • Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital business to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other marketing groups, Sales, Product, and RevOps to align messaging, goals, and lead flow.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights and clear KPIs.
  • Influence senior stakeholders with strategic recommendations and performance reporting.
  • Champion innovation in campaign design, digital engagement, and testing strategies.
Your profile
  • 6–10 years of B2B marketing experience, in tech, SaaS, or software.
  • Proven success in pipeline generation, demand acceleration, and marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Expertise in tools like Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, and digital ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign attribution and ROI optimization.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Strong alignment with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Background in A/B and multivariate testing across digital channels.

Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is $98,400.00 - 123,000.00 - 147,600.00 CAD annually.
