Job description

Horizon Recruitment is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our client’s Corporate Finance team, with a focus on Global Tax and Transfer Pricing. This is a key role supporting international compliance and planning initiatives, but the team is seeking someone with broader financial and analytical capabilities - not just a technical tax background. It's an ideal opportunity for someone with strong corporate reporting or accounting experience who is eager to expand into global tax and transfer pricing. You’ll work cross-functionally with regional finance teams and senior leadership to drive insight, clarity, and business impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial results to support quarterly tax and transfer pricing reporting for senior leadership.
  • Assist in maintaining and reviewing intercompany agreements and global pricing documentation.
  • Prepare calculations for service charges and transfer pricing adjustments.
  • Support business integration projects with tax and financial analysis.
  • Contribute to planning strategies by modeling and interpreting the impact of regulatory or business changes.
  • Prepare documentation and materials for tax audits and ruling negotiations.
  • Deliver insights for special projects across the broader finance function.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement intercompany pricing for new transactions.
  • Help drive continuous improvement in processes and systems related to global compliance and planning.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation with 5+ years of post-designation experience in finance, accounting, or corporate reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and global reporting standards.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Exposure to tax or transfer pricing is an asset, but not required.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle is an asset).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
Remuneration:

$110,000 - $118,000 base salary, plus benefits. Higher range ($120K+) may be considered for candidates who bring immediate subject matter depth.

Only candidates eligible to work in Canada will be considered
