Job Description

This is a full-time, remote position with up to 20% travel. Must be located in Canada.

The Client Services Manager is focused on client retention, revenue retention and growth, and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain direct contact with customers after a sale.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations with clients/customers, which can substantially affect service and/or product revenue(s).
  • Work with various departments to meet services goals.
  • Understand our products and how customers utilize them.
  • Work closing with clients/customers to make sure they utilize our products to create the most value.
  • Be the day-to-day contact of an assigned customer base. This can include making sure billing is accurate, provisioning new users, and introducing new product features.
  • Schedule and conduct strategic quarterly meeting (either onsite or remote) with all clients/customers.
Qualifications

Minimum Education: Post secondary degree or diploma

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Detail oriented
  • 2+ Years’ experience in Customer Services or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Must be able to work remotely.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Property & Casualty industry experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual French
  • Experience with large corporations and senior managers and above.
