As a key member of the Canada Leadership Team (CLT), the Senior Business Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence, strategic planning, and the effective execution of business priorities across the affiliate. The role provides executive-level administrative, project management, and strategic coordination support to the General Manager and the broader Leadership Team. This individual leads cross-functional and affiliate-level initiatives, oversees internal operations such as onboarding and governance processes, and ensures the smooth running of leadership workflows and internal communications. The role is central to promoting employee experience and operational consistency and serves as a liaison across departments, global teams, vendors, and compliance functions.
