Job description

Our government client is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join their team on a full-time, contract basis. This role is remote and requires bilingualism (English and French). The contract has the possibility of extension if additional time is required. To be considered, you will need at least three years of experience within the Federal Government of Canada, specifically assessing workplace psychosocial risk factors.

Qualifications
  • Three years of experience within the Federal Government of Canada, within the past five years, assessing the 13 psychosocial risk factors in the workplace.
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting findings and recommendations on workplace risk factors.
  • Experience working on five workplace assessment projects within the past five years.
  • Experience writing five workplace assessment reports, including recommendations, within the past five years.
  • Experience conducting ten individual and group interviews within the past five years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to workplace assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Reliability-level security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it).
Responsibilities
  • Assess workplace psychosocial risk factors within government environments.
  • Collect and analyze data related to workplace assessments.
  • Conduct individual and group interviews with employees and stakeholders.
  • Develop and present findings and recommendations for workplace improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive workplace assessment reports.
  • Provide expert advice on mitigating workplace risks and improving employee well-being.
