Overview

Senior Business Analyst- Identity Management at Adoxio (KPMG Canada). This role focuses on enhancing the security and user experience of identity management systems, requiring advanced strategic insight, leadership, and knowledge of identity management principles.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement : Develop and present IAM roadmaps that align with clients' business objectives, establishing a clear strategic direction for effective identity management solutions.
  • Lead the requirements gathering process, eliciting and analyzing needs from diverse stakeholders including executive leadership, IT teams, and end users.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement while aligning them with industry best practices.
  • Documentation & Solution Development : Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and support the development of innovative identity management solutions.
  • Project Coordination & Leadership : Lead and facilitate IAM assessments, identifying gaps and opportunities in client identity management processes.
  • Oversee project timelines and resources ensuring milestones are met while managing expectations of stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior analysts and team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • User Training & Change Management : Develop and implement training programs to facilitate smooth transitions to new processes and systems.
  • Advocate for change management best practices, ensuring user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives by assessing current practices and recommending enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness in identity management.
What You Bring To The Role
  • A relevant bachelor’s degree;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on identity management or related fields.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong knowledge of identity management concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
