The Team

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Business Analyst to join our high‑performing ATM and POS Technology team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help shape the future of banking technology by supporting agile delivery across our ATM channel. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to define user stories, manage business process changes, lead testing efforts, and support multiple initiatives that drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

The Role

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the implementation of ATM and POS systems, including test case development, execution, and workflow definition
  • Conduct impact analyses to assess business and technical implications of proposed changes
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and contribute to backlog prioritization
  • Identify and champion process and system improvements to enhance delivery and performance
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with developers, stakeholders, and product owners on system upgrades and new implementations
  • Drive integrated and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
  • Share knowledge and mentor peers to build a culture of domain expertise and continuous learning
  • Act as a trusted SME, communicating effectively across departments and levels
  • Participate in retrospectives to improve team practices and delivery outcomes
  • Monitor post‑implementation performance and support incident resolution
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines, including occasional extended hours during peak delivery periods
  • Support portfolio‑wide initiatives and contribute to testing cycles as needed
  • Align daily decisions with the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture
  • Foster a high‑performance, inclusive work environment
  • Provide business support across global units, including product structuring, training, and system enhancements
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues and maintain transparency with management
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Change Management and Release processes
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proactive in identifying risks and contributing to application stability and success
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
