• Experience within Shareholder Services or similar multi-client mutual fund administration environment.
• Good knowledge in the financial services industry, specifically in Mutual fund and Segregated Funds administration.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Adjustment Processing cases are completed accurately and within regulatory standards.
• Pre-screen Letters of Indemnity and complete trade corrections.
• Apply Quality Control procedures for first-time adjustments.
