Job description

Overview

Commissionaires BC is looking for dedicated and reliable Transit Security Guards to join our team working with Trans Mountain in Burnaby.

Shift times: Westridge Terminal – Burnaby: 4 days on 4 days off, 6pm till 6am

Payrate: from $21/hr

Your “must haves”:

• Valid BC Security Licence
• Basic First Aid Certificate
• Class 5 Drivers Licence and clean drivers abstract
• Successfully be able to complete various site required training
• Be comfortable using 2 way radios
• Superior customer service and communications skills
• High level of attention to detail and dress and deportment
• Able to sit and walk for long periods of time, including walking over uneven terrain
• Comfortable and confident using computers

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting site staff as needed
• Maintain high visibility in uniform and marked vehicle
• Drive safely on varied road conditions (gravel, snow, ice, mud)
