A leading security service provider in Brampton is looking for a Full-Time Dispatch professional. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of dispatch security experience and knowledge of various systems, including fire safety and access control. Responsibilities include monitoring multiple sites, managing security personnel, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior are required or can be obtained through our training program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dispatch security experience required.
• Knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code.
• Must provide certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Oversee several sites within the City of Brampton.
• Monitor fire and life safety, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Assist with tracking and deployment of security staff.

Skills

Dispatch communication skills

Knowledge of fire and life safety systems

Experience with incident reporting

Ability to use judgment in emergency situations

Certification in Use of Force (UOF)

Certification in Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)
