Responsibilities
  • Work alongside 1‑2 Agile SAFe Teams and ensure timely delivery of features within budget and quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Guide and facilitate all SAFe Agile ceremonies (iteration planning, daily stand‑ups, iteration reviews, retrospectives). Ensure the team follows the software development process and achieves iteration goals.
  • Support PI Planning, facilitate system demos, coordinate cross‑team work and assist the RTE in ART‑level execution and synchronization.
  • Coach and mentor the SAFe Agile Team, fostering a culture of transparency, continuous improvement and self‑organization.
  • Protect the team from distractions and remove impediments and barriers to successful implementation.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and keep the team focused on the product backlog and project timeline.
  • Ensure iteration deliverables consistently meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Agile community.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor, identify and report progress using appropriate metrics to support PI delivery.
  • Support issue/risk tracking and scope management discussions.
  • Communicate between leadership, product owners and SAFe Agile teams.
Required Skills/Experience
  • 3+ Years Agile Leadership & Coaching: Servant‑leader mindset and proven ability to coach and mentor teams to become high‑performing and self‑organizing.
  • Facilitation & Problem‑Solving: Exceptional facilitation skills for all Agile SAFe ceremonies; proactive in identifying and removing impediments.
  • Experience in a SAFe Environment: Hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile Framework and understanding of ART events like PI Planning.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Scrum Master advanced certifications (PSM, SASM, SSM, etc.).
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Agility, Jira, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate concisely and accurately with teams and management.
  • Basic knowledge of software development environments and technologies.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Knowledge and experience working with the SAFe framework.
  • Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps and release management.
  • Graduate with 6+ years of total software delivery experience.
  • Background in software development, QA or BA is highly desirable.
