Candidates should possess post-secondary education in a related trade, along with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Scaffolder plays a critical role in supporting construction, maintenance and repair activities by erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures. The Scaffolder would ensure that scaffolds are built to industry safety standards and in compliance with site-specific requirements, facilitating efficient and safe operations within the mill.
