Overview

Job Title : SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking Consultant

Location : Canada (Remote – some travel may be required)

Duration : Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off & Time Tracking Consultant to join our team. If you’re passionate about building efficient time management solutions and love solving real business problems, this role could be a great fit.

What we’re looking for
  • Around 4–5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking. A proven track record with at least 3 full-cycle implementations successfully delivered.
  • Strong knowledge of key areas like Time Off, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, and Leave Management.
  • Deep experience with Time Tracking — including clock-in / clock-out, overtime calculations, valuations, validations (alerts & errors), recording profiles, and integration with payroll systems.
  • Practical skills with Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Workflows inside SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools (CPI / Boomi) to connect systems and manage data exchange.
  • Ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and create clear functional documentation.
