Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP Consultant for its Advanced Technology Center in Montreal. In this role, you will help clients optimize their SAP systems and lead projects to enhance their operational processes. With a focus on collaboration, you'll work as part of a dynamic team, guiding clients through transformation initiatives and ensuring successful implementation of SAP solutions.

Qualifications

The work:
• Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP
• Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs
• Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
• Give clients options for designs using prototypes
• Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
• Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs or improvement programs, whether domain- or platform-led
• This role is in our local ATC (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Here’s what you need:

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Basis experience with at least 3 implementation life cycles

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on- and off-shore resources

• Experience leading basis admins as a lead for implementation and support

• Experience working with SAP RISE

• Upgrades using SAP tools like SUM/DMO

• Implementation and Support experience in multiple SAP products in addition to ECC and S/4HANA

• Hands-on experience with Basis activities to enable integration

• Hands-on experience with integrating with SAP BTP and SAP SaaS applications

• Transport methodology and defining transport paths with N+1 landscapes

• Coordination with development, integration, and security teams as needed for basis tasks

• Creation and updating of architecture diagrams for SAP Basis components

• Support troubleshooting activities for SAP Basis issues

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline

• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
