Salesforce Development Lead (on site)

Cognizant is looking to hire an experienced Salesforce Development Lead to drive design, development, and integration of our Salesforce instance with a strong focus on CPQ and MuleSoft.

Work model: Onsite

Job Location: Toronto, Ontario Canada

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Performs complex to difficult technical tasks independently and provide technical guidance to others
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ development efforts and integrations with external systems via MuleSoft.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions to support complex quoting and pricing flows using native CPQ
• Define best practices for Salesforce development, including design, code standards, testing and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $115,000.00 - $130,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
