Sales Representative - Kognitive Sales Solutions

Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in-store. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be educating and offering Financial Products on behalf of one of the most trusted and iconic Canadian brands.

Compensation:
$17.20/hr minimum protection guarantee + commission

Hours of operation:
Thursday to Sunday

Responsibilities:
  1. Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk.
  2. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service ensuring customers have a great experience.
  4. Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product.
  5. Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel.
  6. Maintain a high level of confidentiality as you work with customer information.
